ജീവശാസ്ത്രത്തിൽ ശാസ്ത്രീയ വർഗ്ഗീകരണത്തിലെ മൂന്നാമത്തെ വർഗ്ഗീകരണതലമാണ് കുടുംബം അഥവാ ഫാമിലി. ഇത് ജനുസ്, വർഗ്ഗം എന്നിവയുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഉള്ള വർഗ്ഗീകരണതലമാണ് .[1][2]
