മമ്മൂട്ടിയെ കേന്ദ്രകഥാപാത്രമാക്കി ഖാലിദ് റഹ്മാൻ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ചിത്രമാണ് ഉണ്ട[1]. ഹർഷാദ് പി. കെ., ഖാലിദ് റഹ്മാൻ എന്നിവർ ചേർന്നാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ തിരക്കഥ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്[2]. കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നുമുള്ള ഒരു പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ ഇലക്ഷൻ ഡ്യൂട്ടിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് നോർത്ത് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ എത്തുന്നതാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ കഥാപശ്ചാത്തലം. [3] ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ സംഗീതസംവിധാനം നിർവഹിക്കുന്നത് പ്രശാന്ത് പിള്ളയാണ്. 2018 ഒക്ടോബറിൽ ചിത്രീകരണം തുടങ്ങിയ ചിത്രം 2019 ജൂൺ 14ന് പുറത്തിറങ്ങി.[4]

പാർലമെന്റ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനായുള്ള വോട്ടെടുപ്പിനു വേണ്ടി കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഛത്തീസ്ഗഡിലെ മാവോയിസ്റ്റ് മേഖലയിലേക്ക് അയക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഒൻപതംഗ കേരള പൊലീസ് സംഘത്തിന്റെ കഥയാണ് ഈ ചലച്ചിത്രത്തിൽ പറയുന്നത്. സബ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറായ സി.പി. മണികണ്ഠനാണ് ഈ സംഘത്തിന്റെ തലവൻ. [5][6]
