ഹിന്ദി എഴുത്തുകാരിയാണ് കൃഷ്ണ സോബ്തി (ഇംഗ്ലീഷ്: Krishna Sobti ഹിന്ദി: कृष्णा सोबती)(മരണം: 24 ജനുവരി 2019). സാഹിത്യത്തിന് നൽകിയ സംഭാവനകൾ പരിഗണിച്ച് 2017 ലെ ജ്ഞാനപീഠ പുരസ്കാരം നൽകി ആദരിച്ചു [1]. 2010-ൽ സർക്കാർ പത്മഭൂഷൺ അവാർഡ് നൽകിയിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും അവർ അത് നിരസിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. 1980-ൽ സിന്ദഗിനാമ എന്ന കൃതിക്കാണ് സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി അവാർഡ് ലഭിച്ചത്. 1996-ൽ അക്കാദമിയുടെ ഏറ്റവും ഉന്നത പുരസ്ക്കാരമായ സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി ഫെലോഷിപ്പിനും അർഹയായിട്ടുണ്ട് [2][3], [4] .
ജീവിതരേഖ
[തിരുത്തുക]പാക്ക്-പഞ്ചാബ് പ്രവശ്യയിലെ ഗുജ്റാത്തിൽ 1925 ഫെബ്രുവരി 18-നാണ് കൃഷ്ണ സോബ്തി ജനിച്ചത്. ഡൽഹിയിലും ഷിംലയിലും ലാഹോറിലുമായിട്ടായിരുന്നു വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം[5]. ലാഹോറിലെ പഠനകാലത്താത്ത് വിഭജനത്തെ തുടർന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്ക് എത്തുകയായിരുന്നു. ദോഗ്രി എഴുത്തുകാരൻ ശിവ്നാഥാണ് ഭർത്താവ്. എഴുപതാം വയസിലാണ് അവർ ശിവ്നാഥിനെ വിവാഹം ചെയ്തത്. നിലവിൽ ഡൽഹിയിലാണ് താമസം.
