ദേശീയ ഫുട്ബോൾ ലീഗ് സെക്കൻഡ് ഡിവിഷൻ ( NFL 2nd ഡിവിഷൻ ) ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഫുട്ബോൾ ക്ലബ്ബുകൾ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന ഒരു ലീഗ് മത്സരമായിരുന്നു. ഓൾ ഇന്ത്യ ഫുട്ബോൾ ഫെഡറേഷൻ (എഐഎഫ്എഫ്) വഴി 1997-ൽ സ്ഥാപിതമായ എൻഎഫ്എൽ, ദേശീയ തലത്തിൽ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ആദ്യത്തെ രണ്ടാം ഡിവിഷൻ ഫുട്ബോൾ ലീഗായിരുന്നു.
