ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ വിപ്ലവകാരിയായിരുന്നു പണ്ഡിറ്റ് കാൻഷി റാം (13 ഒക്ടോബർ 1883 - 27 മാർച്ച് 1915). ഹർ ദയാൽ, സോഹൻ സിംഗ് ഭക്‌ന എന്നിവരോടൊപ്പം ഗദ്ദർ പാർട്ടി സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിലെ മൂന്ന് പ്രധാന അംഗങ്ങളിൽ ഒരാളായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം. 1913-ൽ പാർട്ടിയുടെ സ്ഥാപനം മുതൽ 1914 വരെ അദ്ദേഹം ട്രഷററായി സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ചു. ഒന്നാം ലോകമഹായുദ്ധസമയത്ത് ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് ഇന്ത്യൻ ആർമിയിൽ കലാപമുണ്ടാക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ച ഗദർ ലഹളയുടെ ഭാഗമായി 1914-ൽ റാം ഇന്ത്യയിൽ തിരിച്ചെത്തി. ഫെബ്രുവരിയിലെ ഗൂഢാലോചന പരാജയപ്പെട്ടതിന്റെ അനന്തരഫലങ്ങൾ പിന്നീട് ലാഹോർ ഗൂഢാലോചന വിചാരണയിൽ വിചാരണ ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു. കർത്താർ സിംഗ് സരഭ, വിഷ്ണു ഗണേഷ് പിംഗ്ലെ എന്നിവർക്കൊപ്പം റാമിനെതിരെയും കുറ്റം ചുമത്തി 1915 മാർച്ച് 27 ന് വധിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.
