സിറ്റാക്കുലിഡേ കുടുംബത്തിലെ വംശനാശം സംഭവിച്ച ഒരു വലിയ തത്ത ആണ് റാവേൻ തത്ത എന്നുമറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ബ്രോഡ്-ബിൽഡ്-പാരറ്റ് (Lophopsittacus mauritianus) ഈ പക്ഷി ഇന്ത്യൻ മഹാസമുദ്രത്തിന് കിഴക്ക് മഡഗാസ്കറിലെ മൗറീഷ്യസിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന മസ്ക്രീൻ ദ്വീപിലെ തദ്ദേശവാസിയായിരുന്നു. മറ്റ് ജീവജാലങ്ങളുമായി ഇത് ഏറെ അടുത്ത ബന്ധമുള്ളതാണെന്ന് വ്യക്തമല്ല, പക്ഷേ മറ്റ് മസ്ക്രീൻ തത്തകൾക്കൊപ്പം സിറ്റാക്കുലിനി ഗോത്രത്തിലെ അംഗമായി ഇതിനെ തരംതിരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിന് റോഡ്രിഗസ് തത്തയുമായി (നെക്രോപ്സിറ്റാക്കസ് റോഡ്രിക്കാനസ്) സമാനതകളുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അവയുമായി അടുത്ത ബന്ധമുണ്ടായിരിക്കാം.
