ബ്രഷ് ഫ്ലിറ്റർ എന്നുമറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ഹാർപോറ്റിസ് മൈക്രോസ്റ്റിക്കം (Hyarotis microstictum), ഹെസ്പെരിയൈഡേ എന്ന കുടുംബത്തിലെ ഒരു ചിത്രശലഭമാണ്. ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യയിലും ഇന്തോ മലയൻ ജൈവമേഖലയിലും (ആസ്സാം മുതൽ ബർമ്മ, തായ്ലാന്റ്, ലാൻകാവി, മലയ, ബോർണിയോ, സുമാത്ര, ഫിലിപ്പൈൻസ്[2]) ഈ ശലഭം കാണപ്പെടുന്നു.[3] കൂർഗ (H. m. coorga ഇവാൻസ് 1949, കൊടക് മരത്തുള്ളൻ), 1949-ൽ ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യയിൽ നിന്നും കണ്ടെത്തിയ ഒരു ഉപസ്പീഷീസ് ആണ്. മൈക്രോസ്റ്റിക്റ്റം (H. m. microstictum (വുഡ്-മേസൺ & ഡി നൈസ്വില്ലെ) [1887]) ഇന്തോ-മലയൻ മേഖലയിലെ ഉപസ്പീഷീസ് ആണ്.[4].[5][6][7][8][9]
