സാൻ ഡിമാസ്, അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ കാലിഫോർണിയയിൽ ലോസ് ഏഞ്ചൽസ് കൗണ്ടിയിലെ സാൻ ഗബ്രിയേൽ താഴ്വരയിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു നഗരമാണ്. 2010 ലെ അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ സെൻസസ് രേഖകളനുസരിച്ച് ഈ നഗരത്തിൽ 33,371 പേർ അധിവസിക്കുന്നു. ഇന്നത്തെ സാൻ ഡിമാസ് നഗരത്തിൻറ വടക്കുഭാഗത്തിനു മുകളിലുള്ള സാൻ ഗബ്രിയേൽ പർവതനിരകളിലെ സാൻ ഡിമാസ് മലയിടുക്കിൻറെ പേരിൽനിന്നാണ് നഗരം അതിൻറെ പേരു സ്വീകരിച്ചത്. സെൻറ് ഡിസ്മാസ് എന്നതിൻറെ സ്പാനിഷ് പദമാണ് നഗരത്തിൻറെ പേര്.[11]

ഏകദേശം 8,000 വർഷത്തിലേറെയായി തോങ്ക്വ തദ്ദേശീയ അമേരിക്കൻ ഇന്ത്യൻ വർഗ്ഗം മറ്റു വർഗ്ഗങ്ങളും മറ്റു ഗോത്രങ്ങളും പ്രദേശത്തു താമസിച്ചു വന്നിരുന്നു.
