പുഷ്പിക്കുന്ന സസ്യങ്ങളിലെ ഒരു നിരയാണ് റോസേൽസ് (Rosales).[3] ഫാഗേൽസും കുകുർബിറ്റേൽസും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ക്ലാഡിന്റെ സഹോദര ടാക്സൺ ആണിത്.[4] ഒൻപത് കുടുംബത്തിൽ 260 ജനുസുകളിലായി ഏതാണ്ട് 7700 സ്പീഷിസുകൾ ഈ നിരയിൽ ഉണ്ട്. റോസ് ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന കുടുംബമായ റോസേസീ ആണ് ടൈപ് കുടുംബം. ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ അംഗങ്ങൾ ഉള്ള കുടുംബങ്ങൾ റോസേസീയും (90/2500) അർട്ടിക്കേസീയുമാണ് (54/2600).
