താഴത്തെ കൺപോളയുടെ അരികിൽ മൂക്കിനോട് അടുത്തുള്ള മൂലയിൽ കാണുന്ന ചെറുതായി ഉയർന്ന ഭാഗമാണ് ലാക്രിമൽ പാപ്പില്ല. ലാക്രിമൽ ലേക്കിൽ ശേഖരിക്കുന്ന കണ്ണുനീർ ലാക്രിമൽ പാപ്പിലയുടെ നടുവിലുള്ള ചെറിയ ദ്വാരമായ ലാക്രിമൽ പങ്റ്റത്തിലൂടെ ലാക്രിമൽ സാക്കിലേക്കും അവിടുന്ന് ലാക്രിമൽ കനാലികുലൈ വഴി മൂക്കിലേക്കും എത്തുന്നു.
