ആൻഡ്രിയ സീസാല്പീനോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ആൻഡ്രിയാസ് സീസാല്പീനസ് (6 June 1519 – 23 February 1603) ^[1] ഇറ്റാലിയൻ ശരീരശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞനും തത്ത്വജ്ഞാനിയും സസ്യശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞനും ആയിരുന്നു. സസ്യങ്ങളുടെ ഫലങ്ങളെയും വിത്തുകളെയും അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് ആദ്ദേഹം സസ്യങ്ങളെ തരംതിരിച്ചത്. 1555ൽ അദ്ദേഹം പിസയിലെ ബോട്ടാണിക്കൽ ഗാർഡന്റെ ഡയറക്ടർ ആയി. ശരീരബാഹ്യശാസ്തത്തിലും അദ്ദേഹം പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. രക്തചംക്രമണത്തെപ്പറ്റി അദ്ദേഹം തത്ത്വം ആവിഷ്കരിച്ചിരുന്നു. വില്ല്യം ഹാർവി പരസ്യമാക്കിയ രക്തചംക്രമണത്തിന്റെ ഭൗതികചംക്രമണത്തിനു പകരം രാസികചംക്രമണം എന്ന തത്ത്വമാണദ്ദേഹം അംഗീകരിച്ചത്.
