ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരിയും പ്രവർത്തകയുമാണ് അന്ന പോളിന ലൂണ (ജന്മനാമം: മേയർഹോഫർ; ജനനം മെയ് 6, 1989). 2023 മുതൽ ഫ്ലോറിഡ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ 13-ാമത് കോൺഗ്രസ് ഡിസ്ട്രിക്റ്റിൽ നിന്നുള്ള യുഎസ് പ്രതിനിധിയായി അവർ സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്നു. റിപ്പബ്ലിക്കൻ പാർട്ടിയിൽ അംഗത്വമുള്ള ഇവർ 2023-ൽ ഫ്ലോറിഡയിലെ 13-ാം നമ്പർ കോൺഗ്രഷണൽ ഡിസ്ട്രിക്റ്റിൽ നിന്ന് ഹൗസ് ഓഫ് റെപ്രസന്റേറ്റീവിൽ അംഗമായി തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു. ഫ്ലോറിഡയിൽ നിന്ന് ഈ സഭയിലേക്ക് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട ആദ്യത്തെ മെക്സിക്കൻ-അമേരിക്കൻ വനിതയാണിവർ.

അന്ന പോളിന മേയർഹോഫർ 1989-ൽ കാലിഫോർണിയയിലെ സാന്താ അനയിൽ ഒരു ആർക്കിടെക്റ്റായ ജോർജ്ജ് മേയർഹോഫറിന്റെയും പ്രാഥമിക സ്കൂൾ അധ്യാപിക മോണിക്ക ടോഡിന്റെയും മകളായി ജനിച്ചു.[1][2][3] അവളുടെ അമ്മയ്ക്ക് മെക്സിക്കൻ-അമേരിക്കൻ വംശപരമ്പരയുണ്ട്. ജർമ്മനിയിൽ ജനിച്ച് രണ്ടാം ലോകമഹായുദ്ധസമയത്ത് വെർമാച്ചിൽ സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ച ഒരു മുത്തച്ഛൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെ അവളുടെ പിതാവിന് മെക്സിക്കൻ, ജർമ്മൻ വംശപരമ്പരയുണ്ട്. അവളുടെ അമ്മയുടെ മുത്തച്ഛൻ മെക്സിക്കോയിലേക്കുള്ള ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ കുടിയേറ്റക്കാരനായിരുന്നു.[2][4][4]
ലൂണയുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ തമ്മിൽ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. ലൂണയ്ക്ക് ഏകദേശം എട്ട് വയസ്സുള്ളപ്പോൾ അവളുടെ അമ്മ മറ്റൊരാളെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു. കാലിഫോർണിയ നഗരങ്ങളായ സാന്താ അന, ഇർവിൻ, അലിസോ വിജോ, ലോസ് ഏഞ്ചൽസ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലാണ് ലൂണ വളർന്നത്. ലോസ് ഏഞ്ചൽസിലെ ഹൈസ്കൂളിൽ പഠിച്ച അവരുടെ ജന്മദേശം സാന്താ മോണിക്ക ആണ് . Luna was born Anna Paulina Mayerhofer in 1989 in Santa Ana, Calif. Her father, George Mayerhofer, was a drug addict, according to Luna and other family members, and he and Luna's mother never married.
