2019 മാർച്ച് 15 -ന് ന്യൂസിലാന്റിലെ ക്രൈസ്റ്റ്‌ചർച്ചിൽ അൽനൂർ പള്ളിയിലും ലിൻവുഡ് ഇസ്ലാമിൿ സെന്ററിലും ജുമാ നമസ്കാരത്തിനിടെ വെള്ള അധീശത്വവാദികൾ ഏകോപിപ്പിച്ചപ്രകാരം നടത്തിയ വെടിവയ്പ്പിനെയാണ് ക്രൈസ്റ്റ്‌ചർച്ച് മുസ്ലീംപള്ളികളിൽ നടന്ന വെടിവയ്പ്പ് (Christchurch mosque shootings‌) എന്നതുകൊണ്ട് വിവക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ സംഭവത്തിൽ ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 49 ആൾക്കാരോളം കൊല്ലപ്പെടുകയും മറ്റു 40 പേർക്ക് പരിക്കേൽക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഇതോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് മൂന്നുപേരെ അറസ്റ്റുചെയ്തു. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ജസീന്ത അർഡേണും മറ്റു രാജ്യങ്ങളും ഇതിനെയൊരു തീവ്രവാദി ആക്രമണം എന്നാണ് വിശേഷിപ്പിച്ചത്. ഓസ്ത്രേലിയക്കാരനായ ബ്രെന്റൺ റ്റാരന്റ് ആണ് വെടിവച്ചതെന്ന് ABC ന്യൂസ് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തു.[4][5] [6]

ആക്രമണങ്ങൾ

അൽ നൂർ പള്ളി

15 മാർച്ച് 2019 ന് ഉച്ചക്ക് 1:40 നാണ് അക്രമി റിക്കാർട്ടണിലെ അൽ നൂർ മസ്ജിദിൽ വെടിവെപ്പ് തുടങ്ങുന്നത്. 1:41ന് പോലീസിന് വിവരം കിട്ടി[7]. 300 നും 500 നും ഇടയിൽ ഉള്ള വിശ്വാസികളായിരുന്നു ജുമുഅ നമസ്കാരത്തിനായി പള്ളിയിൽ ആ സമയത്ത് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്[8]. ഒരു തോക്കുധാരി ഓടിപ്പോകുന്നത് കണ്ടതായി പള്ളിയുടെ ഒരു അയൽക്കാരൻ മാധ്യമപ്രവർത്തകരോട് പറഞ്ഞു[9].

പള്ളിയിലേക്ക് പോകുന്നത് മുതൽ ആക്രമണമടക്കം തിരിച്ച് പോകുന്നത് വരെയുള്ള 17 മിനിറ്റ് ചിത്രീകരിക്കുകയും ഫേസ്ബുക്കിൽ തത്സമയം പ്രക്ഷേപണം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു[10]. വെടിവെപ്പിന് മുമ്പ് അക്രമി ചില ഗാനങ്ങൾ ("ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് ഗ്രനേഡിയേഴ്സ്" എന്ന ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് മിലിട്ടറി ഗാനം, ബോസ്നിയൻ കൂട്ടക്കൊലയുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിയായ റഡോവാൻ കരാജിച്ചിനെ പുകഴ്ത്തുന്ന സെർബിയൻ ഗാനം എന്നിവ) പ്രക്ഷേപണം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു[11][12][13][14]. പള്ളിക്കുള്ളിലും പട്ടാളമ്യൂസിക് ആലപിച്ചിരുന്നതായി ദൃക്സാക്ഷികൾ പറയുന്നുണ്ട്[15]. പള്ളിയുടെ വാതിലിൽ അക്രമിയെ ഹലോ ബ്രദർ എന്ന് അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്ത ഒരു വിശ്വാസിയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യ ഇര[16][17][18]

ഏതാനും മിനിറ്റുകൾ കൊണ്ട് പള്ളിയിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആളുകൾക്ക് നേരെ തുരുതുരെ വെടിവെക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. വാതിലിനടുത്ത് വെച്ച് മൂന്ന് പേരെയും പള്ളിക്കുള്ളിൽ വെച്ച് നിരവധി പേരെയും കൊല ചെയ്തു. ഇരകളെ സ്തബ്ധരാക്കാൻ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ഒരു ആയുധത്തിൽ ഘടിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഒരു സ്ട്രോബ് ലൈറ്റ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചു[19]. ആക്രമണത്തിനിടെ, നഈം റാഷിദ് അക്രമിയെ തിരിച്ചടിക്കുകയുണ്ടായെങ്കിലും, വെടിയേറ്റ അദ്ദേഹം പിന്നീട് മരണപ്പെട്ടു[20][21][22][23]. പള്ളിയിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ അക്രമി പുറത്തുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആളുകളുടെ നേരെയും വെടിയുതിർത്തു. വാഹനത്തിൽ പോയി മറ്റൊരു തോക്ക് എടുത്ത് തിരിച്ച് പള്ളിയിലേക്ക് വന്ന് വീണ്ടും അക്രമം നടത്തി. പുറത്തിറങ്ങി നടപ്പാതയിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഒരു സ്ത്രീയെക്കൂടി വധിച്ച് തന്റെ കാറിൽ അതിവേഗം രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു[16][24][25][26][27][28][29][30]
