ഗോലെറ്റ അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിൽ കാലിഫോർണിയ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ദക്ഷിണ സാന്താ ബാർബറ കൗണ്ടിയിലുൾപ്പെട്ട ഒരു നഗരമാണ്. ദീർഘകാലങ്ങളായി കൌണ്ടിയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഏകീകരിക്കപ്പെടാത്തതും ജനസാന്ദ്രതയുള്ളതുമായ ഈ പ്രദേശം 2020 ലാണ് ഒരു പട്ടണമായി ഏകീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടത്. ഈ സെൻസസ് നിയുക്ത പ്രദേശത്തെ 2000 ലെ ജനസംഖ്യ 55,204 ജനസംഖ്യയുള്ളവ ആയിരുന്നെങ്കിലും, 2000 ലെ സെൻസസ് പ്രദേശത്തിന്റെ ഒരു പ്രബല ഭാഗം പുതിയ നഗരവുമായി സംയോജിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല. 2010 ലെ സെൻസസിൽ ഈ പട്ടണത്തിലെ ജനസംഖ്യ 29,888 ആണെന്നു കണ്ടെത്തിയിരുന്നു. കാലിഫോർണിയ സർവകലാശാലയുടെ സാന്താ ബാർബറ കാമ്പസിന്റെ സാമീപ്യത്താൽ ഈ പ്രദേശം അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. സെൻസസ് നിയുക്ത പ്രദേശമായ ഇസ്ല വിസ്ത കാമ്പസിനു സമീപത്തായാണ് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത്.
