എറിബിഡേ കുടുംബത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു നിശാശലഭമാണ്[1] "ഒറ്റപ്പുള്ളി വരയൻ".[2] (ശാസ്ത്രീയനാമം: Asota caricae). ജൊഹാൻ ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ ഫാബ്രിഷ്യസ്സ് എന്ന ഡാനിഷ് ജന്തുശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞനാണ് ഈ നിശാശലഭത്തെ കുറിച്ച് ആദ്യമായി വിവരിക്കുന്നത്. [3]
