കടൽ വാസിയായ ഒരു മൽസ്യമാണ് വില്ല് വായൻ ഗിത്താർമത്സ്യം അഥവാ Bowmouth Guitarfish. (ശാസ്ത്രീയനാമം: Rhina ancylostoma). ഐ യു സി എൻ പട്ടികപ്രകാരമുള്ള പരിപാലന സ്ഥിതി വംശനാശ സാദ്ധ്യതയുള്ള ജീവികൾ എന്നാണ്.[2]
ശരീര ഘടന
[തിരുത്തുക]വളരെ വലിയ മൽസ്യമായ ഇവ 9 അടി വരെ നീളവും 135 കിലോ വരെ ഭാരവും വെക്കുന്നു. മുതുകിൽ ഇവയ്ക്ക് സ്രാവിനെ പോലെ ഉള്ള ചിറക്ക് ഉണ്ട്. ശരീരത്തിലെ നിറയെ വെള്ള പുള്ളികളും കാണാം . മങ്ങിയ നീല കലർന്ന തവിട്ടു നിറമാണ് ഇവയ്ക്ക്.
ആവാസ വ്യവസ്ഥ
[തിരുത്തുക]300 അടി വരെ താഴ്ചയിൽ ഇവയെ കാണുന്നു . മണ്ണും മണലും നിറഞ്ഞ അടിത്തട്ട് ഇഷ്ടപെടുന്ന ഇവയെ തീര കടലിലും കാണാം.
