ഫ്ലോറൻസ് ആഗസ്റ്റ മെറിയം ബൈലി (Florence Augusta Merriam Bailey) (August 8, 1863 – September 22, 1948) ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ പക്ഷിശാസ്‌ത്രജ്ഞയും പ്രകൃതി എഴുത്തുകാരിയുമായിരുന്നു. ന്യൂയോർക്കിലെ ലോക്കസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രൂവ് എന്ന സ്ഥലത്താണ് ഫ്ലോറൻസ് ആഗസ്റ്റ മെറിയം ജനിച്ചത്. ഒരു പക്ഷി സംരക്ഷണ പ്രവർത്തകയായിരുന്ന ഇവർ ആദ്യകാലങ്ങളിൽ ലാഭേച്ഛയില്ലാതെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന പരിസ്ഥിതി സംഘടനയായ ഓഡുബൊൺ സൊസൈറ്റി ചാപ്റ്റേഴ്സ്  സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു.
