ഡോസ്റ്റാർലിമാബ് മോണോക്ലോണൽ ആന്റിബോഡിയെ തടയുന്ന ഒരു പ്രോഗ്രാമെഡ് ഡെത്ത് റിസപ്റ്റർ-1 (PD-1) ആണ്. [5][6][4]

2021 ഏപ്രിലിൽ ഡോസ്റ്റാർലിമാബ് യുണൈറ്റഡ് സ്‌റ്റേറ്റ്‌സ് (യുഎസ്), യൂറോപ്യൻ യൂണിയൻ (ഇയു) എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ മെഡിക്കൽ ഉപയോഗത്തിന് അംഗീകാരം ലഭിച്ചു.[5][6][9][4][10][11][12]

ക്ഷീണം/അസ്തീനിയ, ഓക്കാനം, വയറിളക്കം, വിളർച്ച, മലബന്ധം എന്നിവയാണ് യുഎസിൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട ഏറ്റവും സാധാരണമായ പാർശ്വഫലങ്ങൾ.[5][6] ഛർദ്ദി, സന്ധി വേദന, ചൊറിച്ചിൽ, ചുണങ്ങു, പനി, ഹൈപ്പോതൈറോയിഡിസം (തൈറോയ്ഡ് ഹോർമോണുകളുടെ കുറഞ്ഞ അളവ്) എന്നിവ EU-ൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള സാധാരണമായിട്ടുള്ള അധിക പാർശ്വഫലങ്ങളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.[4]
