കാറ്റില്യ ഇന്റർമീഡിയ' ("the intermediate cattleya") ബൈഫോളിയേറ്റ് കാറ്റില്യ ഓർക്കിഡുകളുടെ (ഓർക്കിഡേസീ) ഒരു സ്പീഷീസാണ്. സി. ഇന്റർമീഡിയയുടെ ഡൈപ്ലോയിഡ് ക്രോമസോം നമ്പർ 2n = 40 എന്ന് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.^[1]
