കട്ടിലശ്ശേരി മുഹമ്മദ് മുസ്‌ലിയാർ
കേരളത്തിലെ ഒരു കോൺഗ്രസ് നേതാവും[1] മുസ്‌ലിം പണ്ഡിതനും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ പ്രവർത്തകനുമായിരുന്നു[2] കട്ടിലശ്ശേരി മുഹമ്മദ് മുസ്‌ലിയാർ[3]. സ്വാതന്ത്ര സമര സേനാനിയായ എം.പി. നാരായണ മേനോന്റെ സന്തത സഹചാരിയായിരുന്നു[4]. ഖിലാഫത്ത് പ്രസ്ഥാനം മലബാറിൽ സജീവമായ കാലത്ത് അതിന്റെ നേതൃത്വ നിരയിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നു[5]. ആലി മുസ്‌ലിയാരുമായും മറ്റു ഖിലാഫത്ത് നേതാക്കളുമായും അദ്ദേഹം അടുത്ത ബന്ധം പുലർത്തിയിരുന്നു[6]. എന്നാൽ ബ്രിട്ടീഷുകാർ മലബാറിലെ ഖിലാഫത്ത് പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തെ സായുധമായി അടിച്ചമർത്താനുള്ള തീരുമാനത്തിൽ പ്രകോപിതരായി ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് പട്ടാളവുമായി ഏറ്റുമുട്ടാനുള്ള ഖിലാഫത്ത് പ്രവർത്തകരുടെ തീരുമാനത്തിന് അദ്ദേഹം എതിരായിരുന്നു[7]. കുടിയാൻ നിവാരണ പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ നേതൃപരമായ പങ്ക് വഹിച്ചിരുന്നു[8][9].
