ഓൾഗ ഗുരാമിഷ്വിലി-നിക്കോളാഡ്സെ (ജോർജിയൻ: ოლღა გურამიშვილი-ნიკოლაძე, 29 ജൂലൈ 1855 - 24 മെയ് 1940) ഒരു ജോർജിയൻ ബയോളജിസ്റ്റും അധ്യാപികയുമായിരുന്നു. വിദേശത്ത് പഠിച്ച ആദ്യ വനിതകളിൽ ഒരാളായ അവർ പെഡഗോഗിയിൽ ബിരുദം നേടി, ജോർജിയയിലേക്ക് നൂതന അധ്യാപന രീതികൾ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. 1886-ൽ ദീദി ജിഖൈഷിയിൽ ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടികളുടെ സ്കൂളും പിന്നീട് ഒരു വനിതാ ജിംനേഷ്യവും സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. രാജ്യത്ത് സ്കൂളിൽ വച്ച് സെറികൾച്ചർ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുകയും മെക്കാനിക്കൽ നെയ്ത്തും തുന്നലും പഠിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. അവളുടെ പിന്നീടുള്ള കരിയറിൽ, 1894 മുതൽ 1912 വരെ പോറ്റിയിലെ സ്കൂൾ ബോർഡിന്റെ ചെയർ ആയി സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ചു. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസരംഗത്തെ സമഗ്ര സംഭാവനകളെ ഓർമിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ടിബിലിസിയിലെ ഒരു തെരുവ് അവളുടെ പേര് വഹിക്കുന്നു.
