അലേർട്ട്, കാനഡയിലെ നുനാവട്ടിലെ, ക്വിക്കിക്താലുക്ക് മേഖലയിൽ, ലോകത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും വടക്കേയറ്റത്തുള്ള, തുടർച്ചയായി ജനവാസമുള്ള ഒരു സ്ഥലമാണ്.[5] എല്ലെസ്മിയർ ദ്വീപിൽ (ക്വീൻ എലിസബത്ത് ദ്വീപുകൾ) ഉത്തരധ്രുവത്തിൽ നിന്ന് 82°30'05" വടക്കൻ അക്ഷാംശത്തിൽ, 817 കിലോമീറ്റർ (508 മൈൽ) അകലെയാണിത് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത്.[6] 2016-ലെ സെൻസസ് പ്രകാരം ജനസംഖ്യ 0 ആയിരുന്നു.[3] എല്ലാ അലേർട്ട് നിവാസികളും ഇവിടെ താത്കാലികമായി, സാധാരണയായി ആറ് മാസത്തെ താമസത്തിലൂടെ സേവനം ചെയ്യുന്നു.[7]
