സീൻപോളിസ് ഒരു മെക്സിക്കൻ സിനിമ തീയറ്റർ ശൃഖലയാണ്. സീൻപോളിസ് എന്ന വാക്കിനർത്ഥം 'സിനിമയുടെ തലസ്ഥാനം' 'സിനിമയുടെ നഗരം' എന്നൊക്കെയാണ്.

സീൻപോളിസ് മെക്സിക്കോയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലുതും(214 theaters in 97 cities),^[1] മെക്സിക്കോക്ക് പുറമേ ഗ്വാട്ടിമാല, എൽ സാൽവദോർ, പനാമ, കൊളംബിയ, പെറു, ബ്രസീൽ, ഇന്ത്യ, അമേരിക്ക, ബൊഗോട്ട, ഹോണ്ടുറാസ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലായി 335 തിയേറ്ററുകളും 3185 സ്ക്രീനുകളും 27197ലധികം ജോലിക്കാരുമായി ലോകത്തെ നാലാമത്തെ വലിയ സീൻപ്ളക്സ് ശൃഖലയാണ്.^[2]

1947ൽ 'സീൻ മൊറിലോസ്' എന്ന പേരിൽ മെക്സിക്കോയിലെ മൊറിലിയയിൽ എൻറിക് റാമിറസ് വിയ്യലോൺ തുടങ്ങിയ സംരംഭമാണിത്. ഈ കമ്പനി 1994ൽ 'സീൻപോളിസ്' എന്ന പേരിൽ റീബ്രാൻഡ് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു.

2010ൽ 1500 കോടി രൂപയുടെ നിക്ഷേപവുമായി സീൻപോളിസ് ഇന്ത്യയിലെത്തി.^[3] കോഴിക്കോട്, കൊച്ചി, അമൃതസർ, പൂണെ, ബംഗളൂരു, പാറ്റ്ന, അഹമദാബാദ്, സൂററ്റ്, ഭോപ്പാൽ, ലുധിയാന, മംഗളൂരു, ജയ്പൂർ, ഹൈദരാബാദ്, ഹുബ്ളി, താണെ, വിജയവാഡ, മുംബൈ, ചെന്നൈ, ഗുവാഹത്തി, വഡോദര, നാഗ്പൂർ, ഗാസിയാബാദ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലായി 500-ലധികം സ്ക്രീനുകൾ ഇന്ത്യയിലുണ്ട്.^[4] ^[5] ^[6]^[7]
