ഈജിപ്തിലെ ശ്രദ്ധേയനായ ഒരു വാസ്തു ശിൽപ്പിയാണ് ഹസ്സൻ ഫാത്തി (1900 – 1989, Arabic: حسن فتحي).പാശ്ചാത്യ കെട്ടിട ശൈലിയെ പൂർണ്ണമായി നിരാകരിച്ച ഫാത്തി കളിമൺ ചുടുകട്ടകളാൽ നിരവധി കെട്ടിടങ്ങളും സ്ക്കൂളുകളും അനേകം പ്രോജക്റ്റുകളും തീർത്തു.1980 ൽ ആഗാഖാൻ പുരസ്ക്കാരത്തിനു അർഹനായി.
