അറേബ്യൻ രാത്രികളിൽ കാണപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു നാടോടി കഥയാണ് എബോണി ഹോഴ്സ്, ദി എൻചാൻറ്റഡ് ഹോഴ്സ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ദി മാജിക് ഹോഴ്സ്[1][2]. കീകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്ന, ബഹിരാകാശത്തേക്കും സൂര്യനിലേക്കും പറക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്ന ഒരു പറക്കുന്ന മെക്കാനിക്കൽ കുതിരയെ ഇത് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. എബോണി കുതിരയ്ക്ക് ഒറ്റ ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് ഒരു വർഷത്തെ ദൂരം പറക്കാൻ കഴിയും. പേർഷ്യയിലെ രാജകുമാരൻ ഖമർ അൽ-അഖ്മർ പേർഷ്യ, അറേബ്യ, ബൈസാന്റിയം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ സാഹസിക യാത്രകളിൽ വാഹനമായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു.[3]
