കഥാ സംഗ്രഹം
[തിരുത്തുക]ഫ്രാങ്കോ കാലഘട്ടത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യത്തിൽ 1944 സ്പൈനിൽ സ്പാനിഷ് ആഭ്യന്തര യുദ്ധാനന്തരം ആണു കഥ നടക്കുന്നത്.ഫാസിസ്റ്റ് ഭരണകൂടത്തിനെതിരെ പൊരുതുന്ന ഗറില്ലകളെ തുടച്ചു നീക്കാനായി മലമ്പ്രദേശത്ത് ക്യാമ്പ് ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു നിഷ്ഠൂരനായ പട്ടാള ഓഫീസറുടെ ഭാര്യയുടെ ആദ്യ മകളായ ഒഫീലിയയിലൂടെറ്യാണു കഥ പുരോഗമിക്കുന്നത്. അവളുടെ അമ്മ ഗർഭിണിയും രോഗിയുമാണ്. രണ്ടാനച്ചനെ അവൾക്ക് ഇഷ്ടമില്ല. മായിക കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളും ജീവികളും ഒഫീലിയ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നു. അവൾ രാവണൻ കോട്ടക്കുള്ളിൽ ആകുന്നു,
