റേച്ചൽ സെഗ്ലർ ( / ˈzɛɡlər / ; [ 1] ജനനം മെയ് 3 , 2001[1] ) ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ അഭിനേത്രിയും ഗായികയുമാണ്. അവർ സ്റ്റീവൻ സ്പിൽബെർഗിൻ്റെ മ്യൂസിക്കൽ അഡാപ്റ്റേഷൻ വെസ്റ്റ് സൈഡ് സ്റ്റോറി (2021) എന്ന സിനിമയിൽ മരിയ എന്ന കഥാപാത്രത്തെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതിലൂടെ ശ്രദ്ധേയയായി. 2023-ൽ ഷാസാമ് എന്ന ചലച്ചിത്രത്തിൽ അവർ ആന്തിയയായി അഭിനയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

റേച്ചൽ സെഗ്ലർ ന്യൂജേഴ്‌സിയിലെ ഹാക്കൻസാക്കിൽ [2] 2001-ൽ ജിനയുടെയും ക്രെയ്ഗ് സെഗ്ലറിൻ്റെയും മകളായി ജനിച്ചു.[3] ഫ്രണ്ട്സ് എന്ന ടിവി പരമ്പരയിലെ റേച്ചൽ ഗ്രീൻ എന്ന സാങ്കൽപ്പിക കഥാപാത്രത്തിൻ്റെ പേരിലാണ് അവർക്ക് ഈ പേര് ലഭിച്ചത്.[4] അവർക്ക് ജാക്ക്ലിൻ എന്നു പേരുള്ള ഒരു മൂത്ത സഹോദരിയുമുണ്ട്.[5] അവരുടെ അമ്മ കൊളംബിയൻ വംശജയാണ്. 1960-കളിൽ കൊളംബിയയിലെ ബാരൻക്വില്ലയിൽ നിന്ന് അമേരിക്കയിലേക്ക് കുടിയേറിയതാണ് അവരുടെ അമ്മൂമ്മ.[6] അവരുടെ പിതാവ് പോളിഷ് വംശജനാണ്.[7]
