റേച്ചൽ സാറാ ബിൽസൺ (ജനനം: ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 25, 1981)[1] ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ അഭിനേത്രിയാണ്. കാലിഫോർണിയയിലെ ഒരു ഷോ ബിസിനസ്സ് കുടുംബത്തിൽ ജനിച്ച ബിൽസൺ 2003 ൽ തന്റെ ടെലിവിഷൻ അരങ്ങേറ്റം നടത്തുകയും പിന്നീട് പ്രൈം-ടൈം നാടക പരമ്പരയായ ദ ഒ.സി.യിൽ സമ്മർ റോബർട്ട്സ് എന്ന കഥാപാത്രത്തെ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. 2006 ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ദ ലാസ്റ്റ് കിസ്സ് എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെ ബിൽസൺ സിനിമയിലേയ്ക്ക് അരങ്ങേറ്റം നടത്തുകയും തുടർന്ന് ജംബർ (2008) എന്ന സയൻസ്-ഫിക്ഷൻ സിനിമയിലെ വേഷം അവതിരിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. 2011 മുതൽ 2015 വരെയുള്ള കാലത്ത് ഹാർട്ട് ഓഫ് ഡ്ക്സീ എന്നCW പരമ്പരയില് ഡോ. സോയെ ഹാർട്ടിന്റെ വേഷം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.
ആദ്യകാലജീവിതം[തിരുത്തുക]
ഒരു ചികിത്സകകയായിരുന്ന[2][3] ജാനിസ് സ്റ്റാൻഗോയുടേയും എഴുത്തുകാരനും സംവിധായകനും നിർമ്മാതാവുമായിരുന്ന ഡാനി ബിൽസന്റേയും[4] മകളായി ലോസ് ആഞ്ചലസിലാണ്[5] ബിൽസൺ ജനിച്ചത്. അവൾക്ക് മൂത്ത ഒരു സഹോദരനും[6] റോസ്മേരി, ഹാറ്റീ[7] എന്നിങ്ങനെ രണ്ട് ഇളയ അർദ്ധ സഹോദരിമാരുമുണ്ട്.[8] അവരുടെ പിതാവ് യഹൂദ മതക്കാരുനും മാതാവ് ഇറ്റാലിയൻ-അമേരിക്കൻ വംശജയുമാണ്.[9]
