ഹൈലൈഫ് സംഗീതജ്ഞനായ വിക്ടർ ഒലയ്യയുടെ മകൾ, മോജി ഒലയ്യ തന്റെ അഭിനയ ജീവിതം ആരംഭിച്ചത് വാലെ അഡെനുഗയുടെ നിർമ്മാണം സൂപ്പർ സ്റ്റോറിയിലൂടെയാണ്.[2] അവർ യൊറൂബ, ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലെ നിരവധി നോളിവുഡ് സിനിമകളിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചു.[3] നോ പെയിൻസ് നോ ഗെയിൻസ് തുടങ്ങിയ ചിത്രങ്ങളിലെ വേഷങ്ങളിലൂടെയാണ് അവർ അറിയപ്പെടുന്നത്. അതിൽ അവർ ഇരേതി, സാഡെ ബ്ലേഡ് (2005), എൻകാൻ ആദുൻ (2008), ഒമോ ഇയ മെറ്റാ ലേയി (2009) എന്നിവ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. അഗുൻബനീറോയിലും അവർ അഭിനയിച്ചു. 2003-ൽ ആ വർഷത്തെ മികച്ച സഹനടിക്കുള്ള റീൽ അവാർഡിന് നാമനിർദ്ദേശം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു. കൂടാതെ മികച്ച പുതുമുഖ നടിക്കുള്ള അവാർഡും അവർ നേടി.[4]

2016-ൽ, ഒലയ്യ, ഇയാ ഒകോമി,[5] എന്ന ഒരു സിനിമ പുറത്തിറക്കി ഫോലുക്ക് ഡറാമോളയും ഫൺഷോ അഡിയോലുവും അഭിനയിച്ചു. അത് ജൂലൈയിൽ ലാഗോസിൽ പ്രീമിയർ ചെയ്യാൻ ഷെഡ്യൂൾ ചെയ്‌തിരുന്നു.[6]

സ്വകാര്യ ജീവിതം[തിരുത്തുക]

ഒലയ്യ 2007-ൽ ബയോ ഒകെസോളയെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു. പിന്നീട് വേർപിരിഞ്ഞു.[7][8][9] 2014-ൽ അവർ ഇസ്ലാം മതം സ്വീകരിച്ചു.[10][11]

2017 മെയ് 17-ന് കാനഡയിൽ വെച്ച് ഹൃദയാഘാതത്തെ തുടർന്ന് ഒലയ്യ മരിച്ചു. അവിടെ വെച്ച് അവർക്ക് കൃത്യം രണ്ട് മാസം മുമ്പ് രണ്ടാമത്തെ കുട്ടി ജനിച്ചു.[12] ഒടുവിൽ 2017 ജൂൺ 7 ന് ഇസ്ലാമിക ആചാരപ്രകാരം അവരെ സംസ്കരിച്ചു.[13]
