നിക്കി ദെ സെയിന്റ് ഫല്ലെ (ജനനം: കാതറിൻ-മേരി ആഗ്നസ് ഫൽ ദെ സെയിന്റ് ഫല്ലെ, 29 ഒക്ടോബർ 1930 - മേയ് 21, 2002) ഒരു ഫ്രഞ്ച്-അമേരിക്കൻ [3][4] ശില്പി, ചിത്രകാരി, സംവിധായിക എന്നീ നിലകളിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധയായിരുന്നു. സ്മാരക ശിൽപ്പങ്ങൾക്കു പേരുകേട്ട ഏതാനും സ്ത്രീ കലാകാരികളിൽ ഒരാളായിരുന്നു നിക്കി[5]. കൂടാതെ അർപ്പണമനോഭാവത്തിലും അവർ വളരെ മുമ്പിലായിരുന്നു.[6]

അവരുടെ ബാല്യവും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസവും ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുള്ളതും ക്ലേശകരവുമായിരുന്നു. പതിറ്റാണ്ടുകൾക്ക് ശേഷം അതിനെക്കുറിച്ചവരെഴുതി. ആദ്യ വിവാഹത്തിനും രണ്ട് കുട്ടികൾക്കും ശേഷം, അവർ പരീക്ഷണാത്മകമായ രീതിയിൽ ശില്പങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. തോക്കുപയോഗിച്ച് വെടിവച്ച അക്രമാസക്തവുമായ സമ്മേളനങ്ങൾ, ദേഷ്യം എന്നിവയുടെ പേരിൽ അവർ ആദ്യമായി ലോകശ്രദ്ധ നേടി. ഇവ ഗൗരവമില്ലാത്ത, തോന്നിയതരത്തിലുളള വിചിത്രമായ, വർണ്ണാഭമായ, മൃഗങ്ങളുടെ, രാക്ഷസന്മാരുടെ, സ്ത്രീ രൂപങ്ങളുടെ വലിയ ശില്പങ്ങളായി പരിണമിച്ചു. അവരുടെ ഏറ്റവും സമഗ്രമായ ശില്പം ടാരോട്ട് ഗാർഡൻ ആയിരുന്നു. വലിയ ഒരു ശില്പ ഉദ്യാനം, വീടിന്റെ വലിപ്പത്തിലുള്ള സൃഷ്ടികൾ വരെയുള്ള നിരവധി ശില്പങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയും അവർ നിർമ്മിച്ചിരുന്നു. അവരുടെ സവിശേഷമായ ശൈലിയെ "ഔട്ട്‌സൈഡർ ആർട്ട്" എന്ന് വിളിക്കുന്നു. അവർക്ക് കലയിൽ ഔപചാരിക പരിശീലനം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും[1] സമകാലികരായ മറ്റു പല കലാകാരന്മാരുമായും, എഴുത്തുകാർ, സംഗീതസംവിധായകർ എന്നിവരുമായും സ്വതന്ത്രമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.[7]
