ഒബുലവാറിപള്ളി Obulavaripalle mandal ആന്ധ്രാപ്രദേശിലെ കഡപ്പ ജില്ലയിലെ 50 താലൂക്കുകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ്. രാജമ്പേട്ട റവന്യൂ ഡിവിഷന്റെ കീഴിലാണ്. മംഗമ്പേട്ട് പട്ടണമാണിതിന്റെ ആസ്ഥാനം .[2] ഈ മണ്ടൽ (താലൂക്ക്) കൊഡൂർ, ചിത്വേൽ, പുല്ലംപേട്ട എന്നീ മണ്ടലുകൾ ചുറ്റും കിടക്കുന്നു.[3]
