അന്ത്യ ട്രിയാസ്സിക് കാലത്തു ജീവിച്ചിരുന്ന ഒരു ദിനോസർ ആണ് ഇസാനോസോറസ്. തായ്‌ലൻഡിൽ നിന്നും ആണ് ഫോസിൽ കണ്ടു കിട്ടിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഒരേ ഒരു ഉപവർഗ്ഗത്തെ മാത്രമേ ഇത് വരെ വർഗ്ഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളു . ഇതേ കുടുംബത്തിൽ ഉള്ള മറ്റു ദിനോസറുകളുടെ ആദ്യ കണ്ണി ആയിരിക്കണം ഇവ എന്ന് അനുമാനിക്കുന്നു.^[1]

ശരീര ഘടന

21 അടി മാത്രം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ദിനോസർ ആയിരുന്നു ഇവ. ഈ കുടുംബത്തിലെ മറ്റു ദിനോസറുകളുമായി താരതമ്യം ചെയുമ്പോൾ വളരെ ചെറുതാണ് ഇവ.^[2]
