Our Mr. Wrenn: The Romantic Adventures of a Gentle Man, 1914 ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങി. പിന്നീടുള്ള വർഷങ്ങളിൽ “The Trail of the Hawk: A Comedy of the Seriousness of Life (1915), “The Job (1917) “The Innocents: A Story for Lovers, “Free Air (1919) എന്നിവയും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.

ഇതിൽ ഏറ്റവും ഓർമ്മിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന നോവൽ 1935 ലെ “It Can't Happen Here”  ആണ്.
