സെർകോപിതീസിഡീ കുടുംബത്തിലെ കുരങ്ങുകളുടെ ഒരു സ്പീഷീസാണ് വൈറ്റ് ഫ്രോണ്ടഡ് സുരിലി (Presbytis frontata) വലിയ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ദ്വീപായ ബോർണിയോയിലും, ഇന്തോനേഷ്യ, മലേഷ്യ, ബ്രൂണെയ്, എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലും ഇത് വ്യാപകമായി കാണപ്പെടുന്നു.^[3]

ശരീരം പ്രധാനമായും ചാര-തവിട്ടുനിറമാണ്. നെറ്റിയിൽ വ്യക്തമായ വെളുത്ത പാടും കാണപ്പെടുന്നു. അതിന്റെ താടിയും താഴത്തെ കവിളുകളും ചാരനിറമാണ്. ഉഷ്ണമേഖലാ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഉഷ്ണമേഖലാ വരണ്ട വനങ്ങളാണ് ഇതിന്റെ സ്വാഭാവിക ആവാസ വ്യവസ്ഥ. ആവാസവ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ നഷ്ടം ഇതിന് വംശനാശ ഭീഷണി ഉയർത്തുന്നു.^[2]
