മൗണ്ട് ഹമിഗ്വിറ്റാൻ, ഫിലിപ്പീൻസിലെ ഡാവോ ഓറിയന്റൽ പ്രോവിൻസിലെ ഒരു മലയാണ്. ഈ മലയ്ക്ക് 1,620 മീറ്റർ (5,315 അടി) ഉയരം ഉണ്ട്. മലയും സമീപപ്രദേശങ്ങളും രാജ്യത്തെ ഏറ്റവും വൈവിധ്യമാർന്ന ജീവജാലങ്ങളുലെ ആവാസകേന്ദ്രമാണ്. ഫിലിപ്പിനോ ഈഗിൽ, നേപ്പെന്തെസ് (ഉഷ്ണമേഖലയിൽ കാണപ്പെടുന്ന മാംസഭുക്കുകളായ സസ്യവർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ) വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട നിരവധി സസ്യങ്ങൾ, തുടങ്ങിയവയാണ് ഇവിടെ കാണപ്പെടുന്ന ഒട്ടനവധി സസ്യജന്തുവിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ ചിലത്. നെപ്പെന്തെസ് പെൽറ്റാറ്റ പോലുള്ള ചില മാസംഭുക്കുകളായ സസ്യങ്ങൾ ഈ പ്രദേശത്തുമാത്രം കണ്ടുവരുന്നവയാണ്.[2] ഈ മലയിൽ ഏകദേശം 2,000 ഹെക്ടറോളം പ്രദേശം സംരക്ഷിത വനമേഖലയായുണ്ട്. നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകൾ പഴക്കമുള്ള അൾട്രാമാഫിക് മണ്ണിൽ വളരുന്ന, അത്യപൂർവ്വ പിഗ്മിവനങ്ങൾ ഈ വനമേഖലയിലെ മാത്രം പ്രത്യേകയാണ്. അതുപോലെ വംശനാശ ഭീഷണി നേരിടുന്ന അപൂർവ്വയിനം സസ്യജാലങ്ങളും ജന്തുജാലങ്ങളും ഇവിടെ കണ്ടുവരുന്നു. 6,834 ഹെക്ടർ (68.34 കിമീ 2) വിസ്തീർണ്ണമുള്ള മൊണ്ട് ഹമിഗ്വിറ്റാൻ മലനിരകൾ 2003 ൽ ഒരു ദേശീയ ഉദ്യാനവും വന്യജീവി സങ്കേതവും ആയി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.[5] 2014 ൽ ഈ ഉദ്യാനം ഒരു യുനെസ്കോ ലോക പൈതൃക സ്ഥാനമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തപ്പെട്ടു.[6]
