ഫലകം:ISO 639 name ve is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code ve, for example: {{Translated page |ve |name of page at Venda Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Venda Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Venda Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |ve}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|ve| some text in Venda}} wraps the text with <span lang="ve"> and could be used by the template {{Lang}} with language code ve to include articles in Category:Articles containing Venda-language text (may be created using {{Category articles containing non-English-language text |Venda |ve}}). Also available is {{Lang-ve |some text in Venda}} which displays as Venda: some text in Venda.
- {{R from other language|ve|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Venda-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|ve}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Venda-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
