പൊട്ടിയ മുലക്കണ്ണ്
പൊട്ടിയ മുലക്കണ്ണ് ( മുലക്കണ്ണ് ട്രോമ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മുലക്കണ്ണ് വിള്ളൽ ) [1] സാധ്യമായ പല കാരണങ്ങളാൽ മുലയൂട്ടുന്ന സ്ത്രീകളിൽ ഉണ്ടാകാവുന്ന ഒരു അവസ്ഥയാണ്. ഇംഗ്ലീഷ്:Cracked nipple (nipple trauma or nipple fissure മുലക്കണ്ണ് പൊട്ടുന്നത് മുലയൂട്ടുന്ന സമയത്ത് ഒരു (രണ്ടിലുമോ) മുലക്കണ്ണുകളിൽ വ്രണം, വരൾച്ച അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ചൊറിച്ചിൽ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ രക്തസ്രാവം എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് കാരണമാകും. മുലക്കണ്ണ് വിണ്ടുകീറിയ അമ്മയ്ക്ക് കുഞ്ഞിനെ മുലയൂട്ടുമ്പോൾ കടുത്ത വേദന ഉണ്ടാകാം. ഈ കഠിനമായ വേദന മുലയൂട്ടൽ തുടരുന്നതിനു തടസ്സമാണ്. വിള്ളൽ മുലക്കണ്ണിന്റെ അഗ്രഭാഗത്ത് ഒരു മുറിവായി പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുകയും അതിന്റെ അടിഭാഗത്തേക്ക് വ്യാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാം. [6] മുലയൂട്ടുന്ന അമ്മയുടെ മുലക്കണ്ണ് മുലയൂട്ടുന്ന ശിശുവുമായി പതിവായി സമ്പർക്കം പുലർത്തുന്നുണ്ട് [5] ഇത് വിണ്ടുകീറിയ മുലക്കണ്ണിന് ആഘാതം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു, അത് വളരെ വേദനാജനകവുമാണ്.
