ഡി. ദേവരാജ് ഉർസ് (20 August 1915 – 6 June 1982) കർണാടകയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് നേതാവും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുമായിരുന്നു. രണ്ട് പ്രാവശ്യം അദ്ദേഹം കർണാടകയുടെ മുഖ്യ മന്ത്രിസ്ഥാനം അലങ്കരിച്ചു(1972–77, 1978–80) . 1952ലാണ് അദ്ദേഹം രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രവർത്തനം ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നത്. 1969 ൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് പിളർന്നപ്പോൾ അദ്ദേഹം ഇന്ധിരാഗാന്ധിയുടെ കൂടെ നിലയുറപ്പിച്ചു.
