ഗർഭാശയമുഖം cervix or cervix uteri (ലത്തീൻ: neck of the uterus) സ്ത്രീയുടെ പ്രത്യുത്പാദന വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ ഗർഭാശയത്തിന്റെ കീഴ്ഭാഗമാണ്. ഗർഭാശയമുഖം സാധാരണയായി രണ്ട് മുതൽ മൂന്ന് സെമി നീളവും (~1 inch) ഗർഭകാലത്ത് മാറ്റം വരുന്ന തരത്തിൽ ദീർഘവൃത്താകൃതി ഉള്ളതുമാണ്.
