സ്റ്റോക്ക്ഹോം സിൻഡ്രോം
മനശാസ്ത്രത്തിൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചുവരുന്ന ഒരു പദമാണ് സ്റ്റോക്ക്ഹോം സിൻഡ്രോം(Stockholm Syndrome). ബന്ദികൾക്ക്, അപഹർത്താക്കളോട് (തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുവന്നു ബന്ദിയാക്കിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവരോട്) തോന്നുന്ന സഹാനുഭൂതിയെ വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കാനാണ് ഈ പദം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്.[1][2] സ്റ്റോക്ക്ഹോമിലെ നോർമൽസ്ട്രോമിലെ ക്രെഡിറ്റ്ബാങ്കെൻ എന്ന ബാങ്കിന്റെ ശാഖയിൽ നടന്ന ഒരു കൊള്ളയിൽ ഇതുപോലെ ഒരു സംഭവം ഉണ്ടായി. ഇതിൽനിന്നാണ് ഈ പ്രതിഭാസത്തിന് പേരു ലഭിച്ചത്.
ലിമ സിൻഡ്രോം [തിരുത്തുക]
സ്റ്റോക്ക്ഹോം സിൻഡ്രോമിന്റെ നേരെ വിപരീതമാണ് ലിമ സിൻഡ്രോം. ഇവിടെ ബന്ദികളാക്കപ്പെട്ടവരോട് അപഹർത്താക്കൾക്കാണ് സഹതാപം തോന്നുന്നത്. പെറുവിന്റെ തലസ്ഥാനമായ ലിമയിൽ ജപ്പാന്റെ നയതന്ത്രകാര്യാലയത്തിൽ ഒരു ആഘോഷത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തിരുന്ന നൂറുകണക്കിന് ആളുകളെ തീവ്രവാദികൾ ബന്ദികളാക്കുകയും പിന്നീട് സഹതാപം തോന്നി വിട്ടയക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. 1996ൽ നടന്ന ഈ സംഭവമാണ് ഈ പേര് ലഭിക്കാൻ കാരണം.[3][4]
