സതർലാന്റ് ഫ്രീസിയൻ ഭാഷ എന്ന സതർ ഫ്രീസിയൻ ഭാഷ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സതർലാന്റിക് ഭാഷ കിഴക്കൻ ഫ്രീസിയൻ ഭാഷയുടെ അവസാനത്തെ സജീവമായ ഭാഷാഭേദമാണ്. ഇതിനു മറ്റു ഫ്രീസിയൻ ഭാഷയായ ഉത്തര ഫ്രീസിയൻ ഭാഷയോടും അടുത്ത ബന്ധമുണ്ട്. സതർലാന്റ് ഫ്രീസിയൻ ഭാഷയെപ്പോലെ ഈ ഭാഷയും ജർമ്മനിയിൽ സംസാരിച്ചുവരുന്നു. പടിഞ്ഞാറൻ ഫ്രീസിയൻ നെതർലാന്റ്സിൽ സംസാരിക്കുന്നു.
