The story I have heard is that he was named after his grand parents - Rajiv = Kamala and Ratna (or Ratan) = Jawahar. Don't know about Birjees. അപ്പി ഹിപ്പി (talk) 13:10, 30 ജൂൺ 2008 (UTC)
