ഫെനാക്കിസ്റ്റോസ്കോപ്പ്
ചലനാത്മക ദ്രാവക മിഥ്യാധാരണ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച ആദ്യത്തെ വ്യാപകമായ അനിമേഷൻ ഉപകരണമാണ് ഫെനാക്കിസ്റ്റോസ്കോപ്പ്. ഭാവിയിലെ ചലച്ചിത്രത്തിനും ചലച്ചിത്ര വ്യവസായത്തിനും വഴിയൊരുക്കിയ ചലിക്കുന്ന മാധ്യമ വിനോദത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യ രൂപങ്ങളിലൊന്നായിരുന്നു ഇത്.[1]ഒരു GIF അനിമേഷൻ പോലെ, ഇതിന് തുടർച്ചയായി ഒരു ഹ്രസ്വ ലൂപ്പ് മാത്രമേ കാണിക്കാൻ കഴിയൂ.
