• This template creates a link to a WP:RFARB page opened on an arbitration topic (user, article, etc).
• If this template cannot find a subpage for a topic (perhaps because the topic has not yet been accepted for arbitration), it will form a gray link to the main WP:RFARB page, trying to find [[WP:RFARB#topic-name]] instead.
• To make the template return nothing at all when no subpage is found, add the optional parameter cond=n.
• This template takes one expected parameter: the exact and correct name of the arbitration topic, such as an article name or a username (without the prefix "User:"), for instance {{rfarb|John Doe}}. If this is not provided, the default will be "Example".
• This template looks for the highest-numbered RFARB (up to 20) for this username, but can't find non-standard numbering formats (Roman-numeral, etc). If you wish to link to an different RFARB number or number format, enter it as the (optional) parameter number, for instance {{rfarb|John Doe|number=2}} (or number=(2) or number=IV, etc).
• This template will provide a default link label, either WP:RFARB page on "John Doe" (if it exists) or There is no WP:RFARB page on "John Doe" (if it doesn't exist). If you wish a different link label, such as "here", provide it as a second unnamed parameter after the username, for instance {{rfarb|John Doe|here|number=2}}.
• This template does not require substitution.
