(a) fifty years after the death of the creator (or all creators), or
(b) fifty years after the date of creation or first publication, whichever is earlier, if the creator is unknown or is a legal entity, or
(c) fifty years after the date of first publication, if the creator (or all creators) died before publication.
2. For photographs, audiovisual recordings, motion pictures, sound recordings, or broadcast works, fifty years after creation or first publication, whichever is earlier.
3. For works of applied arts, twenty-five years after the date of creation or first publication, whichever is earlier.
