ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ സാമൂഹ്യ പ്രവർത്തകയും 'ഷീ സേയ്സ്' എന്ന പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥാപകയുമാണ് തൃഷ ഷെട്ടി(ജനനം: 25 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 1991)[1]. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഏഴ് മികച്ച പോരാളികളിൽ ഒരാളായി ഇന്ത്യ ടുഡേ തൃഷയെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരുന്നു[2].
ആദ്യകാലജീവിതം[തിരുത്തുക]
1991 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 25-ന് മുംബൈയിലാണ് തൃഷയുടെ ജനനം. മുംബൈയിലെ ജയ് ഹിന്ദ് കോളേജിൽ നിന്ന് രാഷ്ട്രീയ നിയമത്തിലും സൈക്കോളജിയിലും ബിരുദം. പിന്നീട് മുംബൈ സർവകലാശാലയിൽ നിന്ന് ബാച്ചിലർ ഓഫ് ലോയും പൂർത്തിയാക്കി. 2018 ൽ ഒബാമ ഫൗണ്ടേഷന്റെ സ്കോളർഷിപ്പോടെ[3] കൊളംബിയ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദം പൂർത്തിയാക്കി[4].
സാമൂഹ്യപ്രവർത്തനത്തിൽ[തിരുത്തുക]
2012 ൽ ദില്ലിയിൽ നടന്ന നിർഭയ സംഭവത്തിനു ശേഷം, സ്ത്രീകൾക്കെതിരെയുള്ള ലൈംഗിക പീഡനങ്ങൾക്കെതിരെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കന്വാൻ തുടങ്ങി. 2015 ആഗസ്റ്റിൽ 'ഷീ സേയ്സ്' എന്ന പേരിൽ ഒരു സ്ഥാപനം ആരംഭിച്ചു[5]. ലൈംഗിക ചൂഷണത്തിനു വിധേയരായ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഒരു ഓൺലൈൻ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമാണ് ഇത്. 2017 ൽ പയനിയർ വനിതകളുടെ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ ഫോബ്സ് 30 അണ്ടർ 30 പട്ടികയിൽ ഇടം നേടി. ഒബാമ ഫൌണ്ടേഷന്റെ കീഴിൽ ഗ്ലോബൽ ഗേൾസ് അലയൻസ് സ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ തൃഷ മിഷേൽ ഒബാമയെ സഹായിച്ചു. 2018 നവംബർ മാസത്തിൽ ലോകസമാധാനത്തിനായുള്ള അന്തർദേശീയ സഹകരണം ഉറപ്പാക്കാനായി നടന്ന വാർഷിക പരിപാടിയിൽ പ്രസിഡന്റ് മാക്രോണിനൊപ്പം പാരിസ് പീസ് ഫോറം സ്റ്റിയറിങ് കമ്മിറ്റി വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റായി സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ചു[6].
