1994 ഡിസംബറിൽ ലോസാൻ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റിയിലെ ഫാക്കൽറ്റി ഓഫ് മെഡിസിനിൽ വൈദ്യശാസ്ത്ര ബിരുദം നേടിയ ബ്ലോച്ച് 2002-ൽ ന്യൂറോ സർജിക്കൽ ബിരുദം നേടി.[4] ആഴത്തിലുള്ള മസ്തിഷ്ക ഉത്തേജനവും ചലന വൈകല്യങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട മസ്തിഷ്ക പുനരുദ്ധാരണമാണ് അവളുടെ വൈദഗ്ധ്യത്തിന്റെ മേഖല.[5]
