കിസാർ (യോട്ടോവാവ എന്നും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു) ഇന്തോനേഷ്യയിലെ തെക്കുപടിഞ്ഞാറൻ മൊളുക്കാസ് ദ്വീപുകളിലുള്ള ഒരു ചെറിയ ദ്വീപാണ്.

സജീവ ടെക്ടോണിക്സ് പ്രദേശത്ത് തിമോർ ദ്വീപിന്റെ വടക്കുകിഴക്കായി ഇതു സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു.[2] ഒയ്റാറ്റ ഭാഷയും[3] (ഫറ്റാലുക്കു ഭാഷയുമായി അടുത്തു ബന്ധമുള്ളത്) കിസാർ[4] (ഫറ്റാലുക്കു ഭാഷയുമായി ബന്ധമില്ലാത്തത്) എന്ന വ്യാപാര ഭാഷയുമാണ് ഇവിടെ സംസാരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത് (പ്രാദേശികമായി ഇത് യോട്ടോവാവ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മെഹെർ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്നു)
