കിം ഇൽ-സങ് സ്റ്റേഡിയം ഉത്തര കൊറിയയുടെ തലസ്ഥാനമായ പ്യോംങ്യാംഗിലെ ഒരു വലിയ മൾട്ടി പർപ്പസ് സ്റ്റേഡിയമാണ്.
ചരിത്രം[തിരുത്തുക]
കിം ഇൽ-സങ് സ്റ്റേഡിയം യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഗിരിമ്രി സ്റ്റേഡിയം (기림 리 공설 운동장) ആയി 1926- ൽ നിർമ്മിച്ചതാണ്. 1920-കളിലും 1930- കളിലും 1940- കളിലും ക്യൂങ്സങ് എഫ്.സി.യും പ്യോംങ് യാങ് എഫ്സിയുമായുള്ള വാർഷിക ക്യൂങ്-പിയോംഗ് ഫുട്ബോൾ മത്സരം ഈ സ്റ്റേഡിയത്തിൽ നടന്നു. 1945 ഒക്ടോബർ 14-ന്, കിം ഇൽ-സങ്ങിന്റെ പ്യോംങ്യാംഗ് വിമോചനത്തിനു ശേഷം നടത്തിയ വിജയപ്രസംഗമായിരുന്നു ഇത്.[1]"എവേരി എഫോർട്ട് ഫോർ ദ ബിൽഡിംഗ് ഓഫ് എ ന്യൂ ഡെമോക്രസി കൊറിയ" എന്നാണ് വിളിക്കുന്നത്.[2]
