മലയാളചലച്ചിത്ര നടിയാണ് നീത പിള്ള. കാളിദാസ് ജയറാമിനൊപ്പം 2018 ൽ പൂമരം എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെയാണ് നീത അരങ്ങേറ്റം കുറിച്ചത്.[1][2]

ആദ്യകാല ജീവിതം[തിരുത്തുക]

വിജയൻ പിഎൻ, മഞ്ജുള ഡി. നായർ എന്നിവരുടെ മകളായി നീത ജനിച്ചു. തൊടുപുഴയാണ് നീതയുടെ ജന്മദേശം.[3] അമേരിക്കയിലെ ലഫായെറ്റിലെ ലൂസിയാന സർവകലാശാല നിന്ന് പെട്രോളിയം എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗിൽ ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദം നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. നീത ഒരു ക്ലാസിക്കൽ സംഗീതജ്ഞയും നർത്തകിയുമാണ്. 2015 ൽ ഹ്യൂസ്റ്റണിൽ നടന്ന മിസ്-ബോളിവുഡ് സൌന്ദര്യമത്സരത്തിൽ രണ്ടാം റണ്ണറപ്പ് കിരീടവും നീത നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.[4][5][6]

2018 ൽ കാളിദാസ് ജയറാമിനൊപ്പം അബ്രിഡ് ഷൈൻ രചനയും സംവിധാനവും നിർവഹിച്ച പൂമരം എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിൽ അരങ്ങേറ്റം നടത്തി. 2018ലെ മികച്ച പുതുമുഖത്തിനുള്ള ഏഷ്യാനെറ്റ് ഫിലിം അവാർഡ് നേടി.[7] എട്ടാമത് ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യൻ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ചലച്ചിത്ര അവാർഡിനും (മികച്ച അരങ്ങേറ്റ നടിക്കുള്ള സൈമ) നീത നാമനിർദ്ദേശം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു.[8][9] 2020 ൽ അബ്രിഡ് ഷൈനിന്റെ ദി കുങ് ഫു മാസ്റ്ററിൽ ഒരു ആയോധനകല വിദഗ്ധയുടെ പ്രധാന വേഷം ചെയ്തു.[10][11] ബ്രൂസ് ലീ, ജാക്കി ചാൻ, ജെറ്റ് ലി എന്നിവരുടെ ആക്ഷൻ ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽനിന്ന് പ്രചോദനം ഉൾക്കൊണ്ട ഈ ചിത്രം ഹിമാലയൻ വാലി, ബദരീനാഥ്, ഇന്ത്യ-ചൈന അതിർത്തി എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലാണ് ചിത്രീകരിച്ചത്.[12][13] ദി കുങ് ഫു മാസ്റ്റർ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ആക്ഷൻ രംഗങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യാൻ അവർ ഒരു വർഷത്തോളം പരിശീലനം നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.[14][15]
